Exchange Policy (7 Days Exchange Policy)

If an item ordered by you on cretfolio.com is delivered to you in a damaged/defective condition, please email us for a replacement.

Exchange can be accepted only within 7 days of delivery of item at the delivery address.

You may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs). When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order has been processed it will be delivered to you within 2-3 business days in Delhi & NCR locations. For locations other than Delhi & NCR, delivery will take 5-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will get an e-mail informing you of the courier company bringing your package and the AWB no./ Docket no. The package can be tracked on the courier company’s web site. Delivery Policy

Please note that each shipment of items in an order requires an adult’s signature upon delivery. If there is any change in delivery address, after the order has been placed the shipment shall be retained at the shipper’s branch office/dealer for you to collect. You can ask for a shipper’s branch location/dealer nearest to you for picking-up the shipment. In case you are not at delivery address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave you a delivery card for you to contact them in order to re-arrange delivery. People in your household can sign for the parcel but they will be asked for some proof of identification
